While waiting in line, a little girl beside me gets really excited to see a cop standing beside us. The little girl says to cop, “Don’t worry, I like cops.” The response was “at least there is somebody.” IMMD.

Too bad cops don’t get those types of kudo’s more often! And from adults!
Take time to shake one’s hand, and just say ‘Thanks for putting on that uniform’
I happen to love cops (but I guess I have to, I have a brother, future brother-in-law and future father-in-law who all have badges)
I can imagine that putting a stress on your relationship otherwise, yes.
Like people, there are good cops and there are bad cops.
I got pulled over today for going 4 over, the cop lied and said I was 15 over. Bad cop.
Some jackass was tailgating me on the freeway, the cop pulled him over. Good cop.
I love that little girl so cute. and the cop’s response is priceless
