I waa about to ask that…
Back in high school a friend of mine once put a banana peel on the hallway floor just because we thought it would be funny to see what happens when someone steps on it. A girl who was walking by did and actually fell cartoon-style. It was awesome!
they did that on mythbusters and proved it wrong. they found it harder to slip on a banana peel than without it
it makes my day to know that some things in cartoons actually happen in real life. and out of everything that could, the banana peel fall is probably the best.
Did they end up skidding ever faster, legs flailing, before doing a full backwards somersault and faceplanting an inconveniently placed anvil?

maybe cuz they work in a SCHOOL cafeteria? Might explain the kids…
